Coney Island USA is pleased to present the sponsors of the 2008 Mermaid Parade. Putting on one of New York City's favorite events is a lot of hard work, and without the support of our sponsors, there just wouldn't be a Parade. So take a minute and check them out! We put on the Parade, but they're the people that make sure that it happens!

PROUD OWNERS ARE PROUD BUILDERS!
The Coney Island USA Freak Bar and Gift Shop
Coming soon to an amusement area near you!
* It's a shining beacon on West
12th Street and Surf Avenue!
* It's the first step towards the new, year-round Coney
Island!
* It's the new and improved Freak Bar and Coney Island USA
Gift Shop!
Yes folks! Not only are we here permanently,
but we're expanding! This summer you'll see a number of
big (and positive) changes on Surf Ave. In August of 2007,
we purchased our historic building on the corner of W. 12th
St. and Surf Avenue. And now we're working with Philip Tusa,
Architect, to expand into the additional space. Before Memorial
Day, you can expect to see new programs, new aesthetics,
new gift items, and a lot of new attitude.
Don't look now, but it won't be long before
you can listen to music on our vintage jukebox and quaff
several of our new house beers on tap. You'll be able to
browse through the new and improved gift shop for Coney
Island gifts and sundries. Finally, there will be a place
to buy coffee, wine, and maybe even food on the blocks between
Nathan's and Gregory and Paul's.
Lovingly designed by Architect Philip
Tusa, our expansion onto Surf Ave will be sure to please
and amaze. All the fun begins this summer as we usher in
the New Coney Island! Join us!
