Greetings Funny Facers,

Just a friendly reminder that online bidding for the Funny Face Project will close at 1pm sharp on Wed. September 16th. Keep in mind that the final bid showdown will continue live that night from 7-10pm at the closing night reception of the Funny Face Project at the Jonathan O’Hara Gallery (41 East 57th Street, Suite 1302 between Park and Madison Avenues).

But wait, if online bidding closes at 1pm and live bidding continues that night, how can you ensure that you’ll be the last bid standing and take home your favorite fabulous Funny Face?

Well, my friends you’ve got two options:

1. Make sure you place your highest possible bid online at www.coneyisland.com/funnyface by 1pm and hope that no one snipes your bid that night. Remember Coney Island USA always throws a great party and there will be plenty of CI Lager flowing that night, so you can imagine how that affects a bidding frenzy.

2. Enter the Funny Face Project Thunder Dome and bid it out till the bitter end at the closing night reception. Tickets are $50 (click here to buy your tickets) but the price of that ticket will be applied to your winning auction bid. So, come on out have a CI Lager and make sure you take that smiling guy home!
