Coney Island, NY -- Hear, ye! Hear, ye! The Congress of Curious Peoples is now in Session. For ten titanic days from April 25 to May 4, freaks, wonders, and human curiosities, the likes of which you've never seen, will converge in an "only in Coney Island!" celebrating the World of Freakdom!
