The meeting will be from 9 a.m.-10:30 a.m. in Room S224.<br /><br />“We are here today to find an operator and developer for this property,” said Lynn Kelly, president of the CIDC. “This is a unique moment in time for Coney Island, to bring it back to life in a 21st century way. We’re thrilled to be here again and to have something substantive to offer this industry.”<br /><br />Kelly said the corporation is looking for a 10-year commitment from either an individual or team “that has great vision and can work with the City of New York.”<br /><br />“We’re looking for the new Luna Park developers, if you will,” she said. “We want the thrill rides, the family rides, the excitement.
