BREAKING NEWS: Ruby's Sign now Store for Rent!!!!!

I just got a phone call from someone who is on the Boardwalk who said Thor's guys were working all day covering up the signs on Ruby's, Gyro corner, and Souvenir store on the Boardwalk with STORE FOR RENT signs!!!!!!!!!!!! They covered up the entire sign. They put up a for rent sign on Cha Cha's but above Cha Cha's own sign.

Their leases are not up till end of December! Isn't that illegal?!

What's gonna happen next Shocked

They probably said that they can't pay the triple rent that they want so they threw them out like everyone else!!!!!!!!!! The Boardwalk will be all stores for rent this Summer!!!! How sad!!!!!!!!

yes, I was also told that Thor is Asking TRIPLE RENT and WILL NOT BUDGE. triple or nothing...

Popeye's was paying $7k, now being asked $21K. Goodbye Popeye. As I post this, there's also one of those HUGE Thor Space for Lease banners going up on the Henderson Building. They are working in the DARK to get this evil deed done before Christmas Eve Angry

I'm walking back and it hit me, I almost fainted. Grill House looks OK.

OK gang - Ruby's here - no fear yet!!! THE POLAR BEAR PARTY IS STILL GOING ON!!!!! as of 6:10 pm 12-23.

We are suppose to receive the lease next week - as far as amount he is requesting - that we do not know until we receive the lease. Thor has not responded to our calls - We know he has spoken to other owners and we are all getting out leases next week.

I will know more tomorrow afternoon after conference calls - KEEP THE FAITH!! it may just be a tactic ---
