Thanks to all the CIUSA people, the Coney Island community, all the volunteers who put the parade together and ran the parade.

This was my favorite parade. I was able to see the parade twice, once on Surf then up on the boardwalk.
Rained a little, took a few photos. Here's one, more to follow:

King Neptune Harvey Keitel, Queen Mermaid Daphna and the Great Fredini in front of Rubys.
Right after this photo was taken King Neptune stood up and saluted Rubys.

I just secured an apartment and that is the first thing going up on the wall. Cool

What fun!! Coney Island is the greatest place in the world, and I was honored to finally be able to participate in person. Next year, however, I am marching. I wanted to do it this year, but my custom Elephant head prosthetic could not be completed in time. Next year for sure!! Thanks again to all of you for making me feel so welcome! E Man Cool

GREAT parade this year. I was glad to see that the rain didn't people from coming

I will take me a bit to get my photos up...I still have to go through and take out the blurry ones and ones that didn't come out...My daughter took 276, but a few at the end are of the circus....

I took about 90, but I used my old 35mm, so I have to get the film developed...I haven't done that in years...

I will post a link as soon as I have them all up.

It's going to take me awhile too to sort through all the pix I got. The picture taking was easier without the sun in my face and with fewer photographers around to get into my shots.
