I'm interested in purchasing the following items. If you have any of these, please private message me- I wouldn't want someone buying it from under my nose!  

1- July 11, 1885 Scientific American. This is the one with the cross section of the elephant Collosus on the cover. I just missed one on Ebay that went for $10 before shipping costs.   Let me know if you have a copy and might be willing to part with it- I'd really appreciate it.

2- Coney Island by Homer Croy (1929). Looking for a copy that has the dust jacket on it if possible. I've found a few in decent condition without a dust jacket, but am holding off on those.

3- Good Old Coney Island by Edo McCullough (1957). Looking for a copy that has a dust jacket in good condition. I've got one in great condition, but sans dust jacket, so I am not interested in any without the dust jacket.

Good Old Coney Island - I have a copy but the DJ is not great. Try Alibris -- they have several with Jackets.

RE: Scientific American -
CIUSA used to have a newsletter, The Coneyilse-ophile and they reprinted the Elephant Hotel article a few years back. They may still have a few issues left.
