Thanks to everyone who participated in the parade this year. You
were wet... but truly committed! And although the weather was damp
and grey, it didn't rain until the last words were spoken in the
beach opening ceremony. There's some kind of sign there...
This
year, bribes were plentiful and the judges were well-pleased with
their haul; the king and queen were proud of the obsequiousness
of their subjects; and the weather gods held off their wrath until
after the parade. Overall, we hope the prizes reflect these sentiments.
Congratulations
again to everyone who participated. The parade wouldn't exist without
you!!
