WHERE: Streaming Online

Join Dick Zigun and Paul Zaloom as they discuss Tricks & Treats at the Wax Musee. This 1981 event launched CIUSA, and was a Halloween celebration of Coney Island's World in Wax, which was the oldest wax museum in the country at the time. The show featured art installations, dance, music, film, performance art, and puppets.

The original twelve-hour event was organized by Zigun, who is CIUSA's founder and artistic director, and the show opened with object performance from Zaloom, who by that time had already made strides in his prolific puppet career.

Other featured performers included Charles Ludlam of the Ridiculous Theatrical Company, the Polar Bear Club, and Lille Santangelo, the then 80-year-old founder of World in Wax.

If you are a fan of CIUSA, this is not to be missed!

(Ticket sales end on Sunday, October 31st at 2pm ET. Ticketholders will be emailed a viewing link one hour before the event)
