Pixie Paint's signature class, Beats and Brushstrokes, is coming to Coney Island USA. Each session will begin with a teacher-led circle time followes by activities centered around the theme of the ocean and ocean life.

The experience will continue with sensory bins and hands-on art stations designed to spark creativity and exploration. Activities include a Icey Shark Water Station, Coral Reef Playdough Table, Seashell Exploration, and a Take-Home Art Activity where children can paint and decorate a large clamshell cutout. These stations are designed for children to explore at their own pace, offering an opportunity for independent play and discovery.

While station time is not instructor-led, facilitators will be present to interact with the children, offer suggestions, and demonstrate materials to enhance their creative experiences. This event is specifically designed for Coney Island families with children aged 2-10, providing a family-friendly environment filled with artistic and sensory fun. The primary objective of this fundraiser is to raise awareness about the proposed casino development in the area and the potential negative impact it could have on the Families of Coney Island. This is a donation based event, with a minimum donation of $10 to participate. The funds will go directly to Coney Island USA as continue as a pivotal institution for the arts.
